Bitwig Studio and relearning again

After years of using windows, I just couldn't handle it and switched to linux mint (not without a hussle, almost bricked my laptop TWICE bc I didn't have a flash drive),
an so, once again I was without a DAW, bc ableton doesn't like when people modify stuff I guess; long story short I got Bitwig studio (the limited version) to
try to make something new, it's fairly similar but I'm not convinced of the sounds / am scared of not knowing which ones will remain once the 30 day trial expires lol.

No idea how they had the fearlesness of just dumping stuff (demo tapes from Los prisioneros below bc I think people should listen to more music from out of the anglosphere).
